Schönbrunn area, Schönbrunn Palace Apothecary's Court: 14.07.2010 to 14.08.2010, 19:30-22:30. Dramma giocoso in two acts by Lorenzo Da Ponte, music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791) "Così fan tutte" puts some of Mozart’s most glorious music to the comic, but also poignant story of two pairs of young lovers whose fidelity is tested by a cynical philosopher and a wily maid. All’s well that ends well. Or, at least, so it seems. Within the walls of the palace one of the most atmospheric courtyards is the Apothekerhof (‘Apothecary’s Court’), which provides a wonderfully intimate setting for musical performances in the summer.
